2. What personal data do we process – and why?
We process personal data in the following contexts:

a) Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletters, personal data (name and email address) is processed based on your consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.

b) Enquiries and contact
If you contact us by email, telephone or via a contact form, we process the information you provide (e.g. name, email address, telephone number and other information).

c) Letting and property administration
In connection with the letting and administration of properties, including residential, commercial and short-term lettings, we may process personal data relating to tenants for the purpose of entering into and fulfilling lease or purchase agreements, as well as for administration.

d) Cookies and use of websites
When you visit our websites, information is processed via cookies and similar storage technologies if you accept these upon your first visit. We use cookies for the operation of our websites, statistics, improvement of the user experience and, in some cases, marketing. 3. Disclosure and data processors
As a general rule, we do not disclose your personal data to third parties unless required by law or necessary to fulfil a purpose for which the data has been collected.

We use data processors who process personal data on our behalf, including hosting and IT service providers as well as analytics and marketing tools.

In a sales or letting process, personal data may be disclosed to estate agents and external partners who, in some cases, process the data as independent data controllers.

We have entered into data processing agreements with relevant data processors in accordance with the GDPR.

4. Transfers to third countries
When using certain analytics tools, personal data may, to a limited extent, be processed outside the EU/EEA. Such transfers take place in accordance with applicable data protection rules.

5. Retention of personal data
We retain personal data for as long as necessary for the specific purpose:

  • Newsletter: until consent is withdrawn
  • Enquiries: generally deleted no later than 24 months after the conclusion of the dialogue, unless it is necessary to retain the data for a longer period for documentation or legal reasons
  • Tenant-related data in accordance with applicable legislation, including accounting and tenancy laws

6. Your rights
You have the right to access the personal data we process about you and to have inaccurate data corrected or deleted.

You may also object to our processing, request restriction of processing, receive your data in a structured format, and withdraw any consent at any time.

7. Changes
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy on an ongoing basis. The current version will always be available on our websites.
