Reception

At the reception you can get help from our staff (within opening hours) as well as receive your mail and packages, and not least welcome your guests.

Internet (wi-fi)

Of course, internet is included in your deal - and should you need other types of installations, we will fix it!

Free coffee/tea

Everyone knows how important coffee is! Thus you get it for free here - both for you and your guests. This applies regardless of how much you consume during a day 😉

Fruits

We have made sure that there is some fruit for your blood sugar so that you do not go cold during the week. The fruit is for sharing - first come, first served.

Package reception

We will receive your packages at the reception and send you an SMS when they arrive. Then you can pick them up yourself whenever you see fit.

Meeting rooms

We have meeting rooms for free use. All you have to do is book your meeting room online and of course leave the rooms neet after your meeting.

Roof top terrace

There is a shared roof terrace, which you are welcome to enjoy during your break, for lunch or for a Friday bar with your colleagues.

Mailbox

You will be assigned your own mailbox in the form of a pigeonhole at the reception. Here we put all your mail that you can pick up whenever you see fit.

Lounge areas

As a tenant, you have access to our lounge areas, where you can make yourself comfortable - for example for internal meetings, coffee breaks or after-work meetups.

Transparent terms

At Officehotel, we are completely honest about what you pay for, what you can expect and what extra options you have as a tenant.

Common eating area

We share a common canteen where you can enjoy your lunch. Some tenants also enjoy a shared breakfast every now and then.

Access 24/7

As a tenant, you have access to the office hotel with your magnetic key tag 24/7. Guests can only enter during opening hours.

Close to shops

Our office hotel is close to several supermarkets so you can easily shop for lunch or other errands.

Shared kitchenette

On all floors there is a shared kitchenette, where you can store food and drinks in the refrigerators, use service, etc.

Fitness close by

We are perfectly located in relation to your fitness needs. There are several providers just around the corner.

Electricity, water and heat

There is no hourly calculation or extra bills - electricity, water and heating are of course a fixed part of the rent!
