We have several tenants who have moved office space within the same building. They do this either because they are growing and hiring more employees - or because they are downsizing the staff. Our tenants greatly appreciate this opportunity. It gives them great freedom to know that they can move to another room easily and at short notice - especially for the start-ups, this is an advantage.

If you are an existing tenant who wants to find another room, just contact us - we will talk about options and terms. Once the agreement on a new room is in place, it's really just moving your stuff on the agreed day. Super easy!

Our tenant in Brønshøj, Maze Marketing, has moved premises several times in short time - read their story below.

 

Maze Marketing - a grown-up call center

Maze Marketing runs a call center and has been a tenant at Officehotel since March 2019. During the first year as a tenant, Maze Marketing has succeeded in growing from 4 employees to 10 and all the way up to 16, and therefore they have already changed premises three times, says their COO Anders Thykier:

"Our employees and ourselves are extremely happy to be here - and that's one of the reasons why we really appreciate the fact that we do not have to move location but just change rooms when we grow. "

Anders started Maze Marketing together with business partner Zet Zebastian Wünsch, and the strategy is to run a more professional and grown-up call center; a strategy that they clearly succeed in as seen by the rapid growth of the company. From the beginning, Anders and Zet have seen the benefits of being a tenant at Officehotel in Brønshøj.

"We have fantastic public transport links. There is an S-train station a walk away, two buses right to the door. There is a highway exit within two minutes away. And that means it's significantly easier for our staff to get to work than it would have been if we were in the middle of the city. "

Officehotel in Brønshøj has had the pleasure of housing Maze Marketing since March 2019 when we opened the doors to a completely renovated office hotel with a completely new interior. It is also something that the tenants really appreciate - that it is new interior and that you get a bit of a wow effect when you walk in the door.

"It's super nice with something new, something fresh, it's really cool with a big nice canteen and a kitchen you can use yourself. It's just a really nice environment, super nice people who work here, and who are always helpful. "
